    Worse service ever! First I was cold called by a woman who said she was with Verizon. She knew that my contract was up and asked if I was interested in a new phone. I was looking at iPhone X, so I listened. After a bit I agreed to upgrade and she ordered phone. It came in as planned and life went down from there. When I went to get it, I was asked for my account pin which I thought was odd. Why give my pin to a salesperson. That’s when I found out Go Wireless is really not Verizon. That alone troubled me as I felt I was mislead. We closed the deal and then I went to buy accessories. Nightmare 1. Store was a hot mess. Looked like they were doing a reset. Some items were on tables and some hanging. I selected a phone case which rang up $16 more. Sales guy goes over agrees that most prices are wrong and says nothing he can do. I made a fuss and they finally call a DM who reluctantly agreed to honor it. I could hear the conversation. Then they sell me lifetime tempered glass protectors. I’m a fan so I said yes. Two days later I was back as it was peeling off due to something on the screen that looked like lint. Then I started to have phone issues. Phone refuses to update and randomly shut off. I called Verizon who sent me back to these folks. What a joke. I had to delete a ton of notifications (that’s on Apple) but it worked for a week. It’s 2 days before my 14 days are up and the two managers ordered me a new phone. I paid a lot and made it clear as a business owner, my phone needs to work and that I wanted a NEW REPLACEMENT, which was agreed on. I go in to get phone and now am told no phone was ordered, those employees are fired and to basically go away. The now manager calls his DM and she would not talk to me, nor has returned my call. The manager gave me tons of excuses why he could not help including that his store was robbed 3 times in 2 weeks and that he was there all alone. Sorry for him but that’s not my issue. I need a phone that won’t just turn off at random and I need customer service!!!
